This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes the treatment of information provided or collected on the website and on its associated software applications where this privacy policy is posted. The purpose of this Policy is to describe how PRN Productions, Inc.’s (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) website,, and its associated software application, Server Please Customer & Server Please Waiter on Apple and on Android (collectively and each referred to herein as the “Website”) collects, shares and secures information provided by you. Therefore, before you provide the Company with any personal information, you should read through this Policy in its entirety and understand its terms. We may update the Policy from time to time, so please check in occasionally. 













At the Website, you may choose to provide the Company with information about yourself which is “personally identifiable information.” The term “personally identifiable information” means information that is collected in connection with your name such as your address, e-mail, phone number, and credit card information (“Personal Information”). Your use of the Website may also entail you providing information that is not personal information, meaning that such information is not connected to your name and is, therefore, anonymous information and which does not identify and cannot reasonably used to identify an individual Website user.   • As you enter our Website, we capture and retain the IP address of the device you are using, such as a personal computer or a mobile device. 


The Company may use information provided by you on the Website for the following purposes: 

  • Provide you information relating to the services that may be pertinent to your interests. 

  • Find the restaurant which you are located at so that we can provide our services to you and also ensure that the table you use at the restaurant is logged off once you leave. Notwithstanding that need, we endeavor to use the minimum scope necessary when accessing location information and the location is only used to provide features beneficial to the user and relevant to the core functionality of the Website. 

  • Communicate with you about your account or transactions with us and send you information about features on our Website or changes to our policies.  Consistent with local law and choices and controls that may be available to you: 

o Send you offers and promotions for our services or third-party products and services. 

o Personalize content and experiences. 

o Provide you with advertising based on your activity on our Website and on third-party sites and applications.

If you choose to submit such information to us, the information you submit may be available generally to the public.   • You may correct, update and delete your registration account. 

  • You may change your choices for subscriptions, newsletters and alerts. 

  • You may choose whether to receive offers from us and promotions for our services. 

  • You may choose whether we share your personally identifiable information with other companies so they can you offers and promotions about their products and services. 

  • You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and that we amend or delete such information.

We are committed to protecting the online privacy of children and making the internet safe. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) signed into law June 28, 2018 and entering into effect Jan. 1, 2020, California residents have certain rights and privileges. You can exercise any of the following rights by notifying us as described below. 

  • Disclosure Request. Upon request and when possible, we will disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. Additionally, you may also obtain the categories of information about you that we have sold, the categories of third parties to whom the information was sold, and the categories of personal information that we disclosed about you for a business purpose. You may submit these requests via email to When such a request cannot be honored, we will advise you accordingly. 

  • Deletion. If you should wish to cease use of our Site and have your personal data deleted from our Site, then you may submit a request by emailing us at Upon receipt of a verifiable request for deletion, we will confirm receipt and will confirm once your personal data has been deleted. To exercise this right via email, simply type the words “Personal Data Deletion” in the subject line of your email. 

  • Right to Sue for Security Breaches. You also have the right to sue in the event your nonencrypted or nonredacted personal information, is subject to an unauthorized access and exfiltration, theft, or disclosure as a result of our violation of the duty to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices. Prior to exercising this right, you must provide us with 30 days’ written notice by emailing us at and providing us with an opportunity fix this violation. 


We reserve the right to ask for information verifying your identity and residency prior to disclosing any information to you or acting on your request. Should we ask for verification, the information you provide to verify your identity and residency will be used only for that purpose, and all copies of this information in our possession will be destroyed when the process is complete. We strive to respond to your request within 45 days of receiving a verifiable consumer request however, we reserve the right to respond within 90 days when reasonably necessary. 

Except as provided herein, we will not disclose or share your Personal Information with third parties for the purposes of third-party marketing to you without your prior consent. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2019 will receive information regarding 2018 sharing activities). To obtain this information in connection with information collected through the Service, please send an email message to with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response. We do not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. 


We honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
