For restaurants, cafés and bars

Get your server's attention. No waving required.

Guests scan the QR code on their table and tap once. Their waiter feels a buzz on the wrist or hears a quiet cue in an earbud — and the dining room stays calm.

Table 7

How it works

Set up in an afternoon. Quieter service from the first night.

01

Add your restaurant

Enter your address, upload your menu, and add your waiters. Each table gets its own QR code to print and place.

02

Guests scan and tap

At the table, a guest scans the code to call their waiter, browse the menu, or leave feedback. One tap — no flagging anyone down.

03

Your waiter knows instantly

The request reaches the right waiter as a silent signal. They see which table, and how long it's been waiting.

Felt, not heard across the room.

Each waiter chooses how they want to be told. Guests never hear a ping, and your staff never have to keep checking a screen.

Watch vibration

A tap on the wrist, with the table number at a glance.

Earbud audio

A quiet spoken cue only the waiter hears.

Phone in pocket

An audio alert from the phone already in their apron.

Built for a busy floor

Nobody gets forgotten. Nobody gets spammed.

Requests that escalate

A table that's been waiting stands out more the longer it waits, so the oldest request always gets seen first.

Built-in cooldown

Repeat taps within 30 seconds are ignored, so an impatient guest can't flood your staff. Live requests clear themselves once handled.

Shared 3-day log

Every waiter can see who answered which table and when, for the last three days.

Multi-waiter routing

Requests go to the waiter for that section — and fail over to a teammate if they don't respond.

Manager oversight

See the whole floor at once, and get an alert straight away if a device drops off the network.

Menu and guest feedback

The same table code opens your menu and lets guests leave written feedback while it's still fresh.

Questions owners ask

What happens when my 60 days are up?

You can subscribe to Pro for $4.95 a month, or carry on with the free version — one waiter receives requests from every table, and Manager mode switches off.

Can a guest keep pressing the button?

No. After a request is sent, that table has a 30-second cooldown, so your staff get one clear signal instead of a flood.

What if the Wi-Fi drops mid-service?

On Pro, the manager is alerted as soon as a device stops responding, so nobody is left waiting without anyone knowing.

Is it available in my country?

Server Please is available on the App Store and Google Play in every country they serve. The app is currently in English.

Do guests need to install anything?

[CONFIRM: does scanning the table code open in the browser, or does the guest need the app?]

Give your guests a better way to say "excuse me."

Download the app, add your tables, and have your codes printed tonight.
